Our server Jennifer greeted us promptly and offered suggestions which turned out to be spot on. The manager Joe visited our table and he was so hospitable and friendly. Done medium rare, tender and juicy porterhouse, brisket, and chuck with caramelized onions, bacon, jalapenos, and cheddar on a soft brioche bun. I opted for the Brussels sprouts instead of fries, which were more tender than I expected, but mildly flavorful. ”
